These extensions may include role-specific portals or applications for administrators, property managers, stakeholders, or occupants, and will be governed by this Privacy Policy unless otherwise stated.

• Uploaded photos or videos related to the service request

Payments at the Edge

 Precision Property Maintenance and the Mongle software do not store sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers or CVV codes. All payment transactions are processed by third-party, PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors. These processors may collect and process payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Information We Do Store

We may store your name, service address, phone number, email address, and payment processor reference ID (non-sensitive identifier) solely to:

• Dispatch the nearest qualified technician 
• Calculate arrival estimates 
• Fulfill the requested service 
• Provide you with your repair and service history

4. Website to Mobile App Transition

Seamless Session Hand-Off

When transitioning from our website to our mobile applications, we use secure, time-limited tokens to maintain session continuity and prevent unauthorized access.

Upon installation and use of the Mongle Handyman Services or Mongle Technician apps, we may collect:

• Background Location (Technicians Only)

Technicians are required to enable location services during active service windows

Location tracking is not active outside of active work orders
