Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. By accessing the ppmlv.com website, the Mongle software platform, or the Mongle Technician/Handyman mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Services
Precision Property Maintenance provides on-demand handyman and maintenance services. The Mongle software is the proprietary technological infrastructure used to facilitate, dispatch, and manage these services.
- Service Standards: We aim for a 95% first-time fix rate.
- Emergency Response: For designated emergency requests, we provide a 2-hour response guarantee.
2. Account Security & Auth Flow
To ensure the integrity of the Platform, users must adhere to our security protocols:
- Temporary Logins: If issued a temporary credential, you are subject to a forced “Must Change Password” redirect.
- Automatic Logout: Upon a password reset, you will be automatically logged out of all active sessions to ensure a clean, secure state.
- Visual Verification: Users must comply with visual password verification steps where prompted.
3. User Classifications
- Consumers: Individuals or entities requesting maintenance. You agree to provide accurate site access and issue descriptions.
- Technicians/Providers: Independent or staff contractors. You are required to enable background location tracking during active work orders for dispatch optimization and service verification.
- Partners: Third-party stakeholders using Mongle extensions. You are bound by the specific license or enterprise agreement associated with your role.
4. Payments & Billing
- Edge Processing: We do not store sensitive PCI data. All payments are handled by third-party processors.
- Cancellations: Service requests cancelled after a technician has been dispatched may be subject to a convenience fee.
- Estimates: Any digital estimate provided via Mongle is subject to on-site verification by the technician.
5. Intellectual Property
The Mongle platform, including its unique dispatch algorithms (AMOLODE), interface design (Master Shell), and environment-agnostic build architecture, is the sole property of the Company. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the interface for its intended service purpose only.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Precision Property Maintenance and Mongle shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays or software downtime.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of a service visit is limited to the amount paid for that specific work order.
7. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for:
- Failure to follow safety protocols on-site.
- Attempts to bypass Mongle security or reverse-engineer the software.
- Harassment of technicians or staff.
8. Dispute Resolution & Mandatory Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
- Initial Dispute Resolution: Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting support at support@ppmlv.com. The parties shall use their best efforts to settle any dispute, claim, or controversy directly through consultation and good-faith negotiations.
- Binding Arbitration: If an agreement is not reached within thirty (30) days, all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms (including their formation, performance, and breach) or the use of the Platform shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by JAMS (or the American Arbitration Association) in accordance with their streamlined arbitration rules.
- Location: The arbitration shall take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, unless otherwise agreed. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
- Class Action Waiver: You and the Company agree that any arbitration shall be conducted in your individual capacities only and not as a class action or other representative action. You expressly waive your right to file a class action or seek relief on a class basis.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from the use of the Platform or Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
